Shalela Dowdy
Shalela Dowdy is a native of Mobile Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in American Legal Studies (Pre Law) from the United States Military Academy at West Point in and a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso. Currently she is a Law Student at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She served 6 years in the United States Army on active duty as an Air Defense Artillery Officer and Human Resource Officer.
Jason Barnes
Jason Barnes is the Young Adults Chair of the Metro Montgomery Branch in Alabama. Jason was the Former University of South Alabama NAACP President (2014) of the University of South Alabama Branch. Jason is employed as a Coordinator of Career Services at Alabama State University and earned a Political Science (2022) from the Alabama State University.
Wayne Shaw
Wayne Shaw is the Deputy Organizing Director for the Alabama Democratic Party. Wayne previously served as the Young Adults Chair for the Mobile NAACP Branch leading direct action, community organization and grass roots mobilizations for racial equity and justice.

Ashleigh Gaines is the ACT-SO Chair of the Anchorage Alaska Branch in Alaska. Ashleigh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a minor in Political Science) from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Kayla Green is a member of the Anchorage Branch in Alaska. Kayla earned a degree in Psychology & International Studies from Brigham Young University Idaho. Kayla also earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University.

Jesseca Chatman
Jesseca Chatman is a Public Health Policy advocate and passionate activist for maternal health and environmental & climate justice. Jesseca is a change catalyst who leverages a network of key influencers across healthcare, civil rights, and public policy sectors for social impact. Jesseca graduated from Johnson C. Smith University with a B.S. in Biology and later completed her M.P.H. in Behavioral Health Promotion and Education from Jackson State University, School of Public Health. She is also a certified health education specialist (CHES). Jesseca is the co-founder of Words Can Help, L.L.C., bow tie designer, and author of the upcoming memoir Momma Playing the Blues, where she shares her postpartum blues and depression experience. She loves running, hanging out with family, getting massages, and going on cruises in her spare time.
Roquel Crutcher
Roquel Crutcher previously worked for KIPP Foundation as a Government Affairs and Policy Associate managing Congressional outreach, project management, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement for educational equity. Roquel Crutcher is a graduate of American University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Legal Studies, Economics & Government as well as a Certificate in Politics, Policy & Law.
Maleah Flournoy
Maleah A. Flournoy is a Teacher in the San Ramon Unified School District, where she currently teaches fourth grade. She has prior experience teaching first through seventh-grade students. She graduated with her Master's of Science in Educational Technology and her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the California State University, East Bay. Maleah is a subscribing Silver Life Member of the NAACP Oakland Branch, actively supporting the NAACP ACT-SO program and other education initiatives. She is a member of the Contra Costa Chamber Orchestra where she plays the violin.

Carmel Henry-Smith works at Howard University where she leads Access Services as a Law Librarian at Vernon E. Jordan Jr. Law Library. Carmel holds over a decade of experience in the education sector working for the United States Department of Education, DC Public Schools, Wake County Public Schools, and Howard University. Carmel is a Vice President within the NAACP Washington, DC Branch, where she oversees the Legal Redress, Education, Youth Works, Young Adults, and Religious Affairs.

Rikki O’Reilly Jones is a Contracting professional at the U.S. Small Business Administration underwriting license applications for prospective Small Business Investment Companies. Valerie Cambridge works as a Commercial Surety Underwriter. She served 12 years in the U.S. Naval Reserves stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Florida, where she works for the Sheriffs Office. She is the Founder & CEO of K.S.S. Notary Services, LLC, a notary business. She previously served as a Field Supervisor for a large security company, managing over 2,500 security officers. Kareece has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Global. Daniella Pierre
Daniella Pierre is an Academic and Career Advisor at Miami Dade College. Daniella is also a Columnist for The Miami Times, which is South Florida’s oldest and largest Black owned newspaper. Daniella Pierre serves as the President of the Miami-Dade NAACP Branch and she is a champion for affordable housing and homeownership by advocating for equity and economic access in the Black community. Daniella was named one of South Florida’s Top 25 Black Educators and recognized as a Top 40 under 40 by Legacy Magazine. She holds a Master’s degree from Florida International in Human Resource Management.
Ben Mitchell
Ben Mitchell is the President of the Metro-Orlando National Pan-Hellenic Council in Florida. Ben serves as the Director of Technology for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Professionally, Ben is an Engineer for Travel + Leisure Co, specializing in Information Technology & Quality Assurance. Ben graduated from the University of West Florida with an Associate of Arts degree and is pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science. He is local community advocate currently serving as the Metro-Orlando NPHC President and a Member At Large for the Orange County, FL NAACP Branch. He received his education at the University Of West Florida majoring in Computer Science. Andrea Pugh-Kelley
Andrea Pugh-Kelley is a PhD Research Fellow at the NOAA Center for Coastal and Marine Ecosystem. Andrea has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science from Florida A&M University. She is currently pursing her Doctorate degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Justice and Policy at Florida A&M University. She has served on the NAACP ACT-SO Program for over 10 years, including being a multi-year National Medalist. Andrea is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Dr. Vanessa Toolsie
Dr. Vanessa Toolsie is a Hospital Clinical Pharmacist. Dr. Toolsie graduated with a Biological Sciences degree from Florida Atlantic University, and both Business Management and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from University of Florida. Dr. Toolsie is a former President of the NAACP Orange County Branch in Florida, where she led alliances to combat discrimination, build diverse membership within the NAACP, eradicate healthcare disparities, implement GOTV voter registration efforts and engaging activists to non-violently stand up against inequalities of all kinds. As an LGBTQ ally, Dr. Toolsie collaborated with Equality Florida’s Director of Transgender Equality to propose implementing LGBTQ Healthcare Competency Training at Health First Hospitals.

Mickeayla previously served as a Community Coordinator and Chair of Resolution for the State Of Georgia NAACP. Mickeayla graduated from Valdosta State University with a certification in Personal Finance. Mickeayla is a wife and mother commited to advocating for a sustainable future for women and children, while advancing progress for future generations.

Patrick Dixon is an IEDC Fellow for Invest Atlanta commited to advacing economic development for under-served and low-income African American communities. Eboni Preston
Eboni Preston is the Southeast Region Associate Director and National Park Service Diversity Lead for the National Parks Conservation Association in Georgia. Eboni is a non-profit management professional specializing in program operations, partnerships, and workforce development. Eboni has a Doctorate degree from Southern University A&M College, a Master’s degree from Columbia University, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree and MPA from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. Gabrielle Prince
Gabrielle Prince is a Commercial Property Underwriter for Zurich North America. Gabrielle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgia State University. Gabrielle Prince is a susbcribing Silver Life Member of the Atlanta NAACP Branch in Georgia. She is a community activist in Lithonia, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, where she leads community clean-up projects, crime mitigation and educational back to school events.
Christy Turner
Christy Turner is an Associate Attorney at Journy, PLLC in Georgia. She is a Legal Professional specializing in entrepreneurial research and strategic reimagining of peripheral projects, with a focus on social justice and systemic change. Christy was a 2020 NAACP Kellogg’s Law Fellow and worked for the Association County Commissioners Georgia. Christy spent three years working for the City of Memphis Executive and Law Division. In 2022, Christy completed an exchange program in Denmark. Christy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University. Rev. James “Major” Woodall
Rev. James “Major” Woodall is an Associate Minister at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia, leading the Civic Engagement ministry there. James was elected to the State Committee of the Democratic Party of Georgia and was elected as State Vice President of the Georgia Clients Council. “Major” Woodall is a 6-year veteran of the U.S. Army. He has served as Legislative Aide to State Representative Miriam Paris [GA-HD142]. James is currently enrolled at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), pursuing a Masters of Divinity from the Morehouse School of Religion. Rev. Woodall is the former President of the Georgia NAACP State Conference. Nia McFarland- Drye is a Caseworker for Illinois State and an Adjust Professor at Aurora University in Illinois. Nia has a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University (NYU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the State University of New York (SUNY) Plattsburgh. Nia serves as an Officer and subscribing Silver Life Member in the Peoria NAACP Branch where she is an advocate for climate and environmental justice.

Spanky Edwards is the Founder & Director of the Peoria Peace & Nonviolence Leadership Institute. He works for ADT Solar expanding solar access throughout Illinois. Spanky graduated from Morehouse College with a Master's degree and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. He also has an A.S. degree in Photovoltaic Systems from Illinois Central College and attended Vanderbilt Divinity School. He has previously served as the Chairman of the Tri-County Urban League Young Professionals and President of the Peoria Chapter of the ACLU. DeMarcus Hamilton is the Program Director for Strictly Hip Hop, 90.7FM. DeMarcus was awarded as one of the “40 Leaders under 40 by Peoria Magazine” recognizing him for his accomplishments and advocacy in Illinois. DeMarcus is the Founder of the YANI Collective leading cultural and educational events, including the JuneteenthFest. He has a Master's degree in Public Affairs Reporting from University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University- Carbondale. DeMarcus was honored to deliver the Commencement Keynote Speech for the graduating class of Illinois Central College in May 2022.

Yunek Moore is a Clinical Psychology Healthcare professional, currently pursuing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Jessica Thomas
Jessica Thomas is the first African American elected Auditor of Peoria County, Illinois. In 2018, she made history when she was the first African-American elected to a Countywide seat in the 193 of history of Peoria County. Jessica Thomas has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Minor in Marketing from Grambling State University in Grambling, LA. Jessica is passionate about women empowerment through civic engagamene and has been instrumental in achieving victories within her county for candidates running for local, state and federal offices. Jessica also serves as Vice Chair of the Peoria NAACP Branch’s Young Adults Committee. Jessica is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Jonathan Jackson
Jonathan Jackson serves as a Chill Instructor for the Southside Chicago Branch, certified to de-escalate potential crisis situations. Jonathan currently works as a Marketing Representative for Direct Selling News Global 100. Jonathan previously performed Social Media Marketing and Analytic for the Chicago Community Trust. Jonathan volunteers to feed the homeless at Lebanon Baptist Church. Jonathan graduated from DeVry with his degree in Network Systems Administration.

Ellis G Dumas III
Ellis G Dumas III is the Regional Manager for the second largest region with the Indiana Department of Child Services. Ellis uses this opportunity of civil service to advocate for those in the community he grew up in. Ellis is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a dual degree in Criminal Justice and African Diaspora Studies. In 2012, Ellis graduated with his MBA in Executive Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ellis is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
Shanita Redd
Shanita Redd is a Family Case Manager for the Indiana Department of Child Services. For over three years, she served as Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Child Advocates working the cases of abused and neglected children in the state of Indiana. Shanita is also a notary public. Shanita graduated from Indiana Tech Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a minor in Psychology. Shanita serves on the Indiana Democrat African American Caucus (IDAAC) and serves as Assistant Secretary of the Fort Wayne NAACP Branch in Indiana. Shanita has served as a Tutor for the Fort Wayne Urban League’s after school program and a Youth Mentor at the Euell A. Wilson Center. Shanita has also served as a Troop Leader and a S.T.E.M. Program Leader for Girl Scouts of the USA. Shanita is a proud member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.
J. Haley Swindle
J. Haley Swindle is a Community Preservation Specialist for Indiana Landmarks, a historic landmarks organization servicing the eastern region of Indiana. J. Haley Swindle is a Health and Environmental Justice Advocate committed to ensuring Black lives are safe, healthy and thriving. J. Haley previously worked as a Historic Interpreter at Telfair Museums. Janea Haley Swindle previously served as the 2nd Vice President and Treasurer of the Savannah State NAACP College Chapter and is a subscribing Silver Life Member of the Chatham County NAACP Branch in Georgia. Haley earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Africana studies from Savannah State University and a Masters of Science in Historic Preservation with a certificate in Social and Environmental justice from Ball State University. Isreal Hodges
Isreal Hodges, Jr. is an Environmental Enginner and Lead EH&S Specialist for Rivian Automotive. Israel has over 10 years of environmental engineering experience in waste management, air compliance, hazardous materials management and pollution prevention oversight across government agencies and private sector organizations. Israel is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states across the Southeast and Midwest and certified by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists. Israel previously served as the Chief Technology Officer for the Louisville Regional Science & Engineering Fair (LRSEF). Isreal has a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering & Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Israel serves on the Board of Directors of the Air & Waste Management Association’s Kentucky section. Isreal is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Corbin Snardon
Corbin Snardon is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Human Resource Manager at Computer Services Incorporated (CSI), headquartered in Western Kentucky. Corbin serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Paducah-McCracken County NAACP Branch. Corbin has a Master of Education degree from Murray State University specializing in School Counseling and Education Administration and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Jasmine Vance-Phillips
Jasmine Vance-Phillips is a Social Worker in Kentucky. Jasmine is the 1st Vice President of the NAACP Kentucky State Conference in Lexington, KY. Jasmine is a Chartering Member of Kentucky’s League of Women Voters. Jasmine has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, concentrating on Human Services and Addictions. Jasmine is dedicated to impacting and improving the quality of life within her community, in hopes to leave a mark that transcends for generations.

Ashley Ogbonna
Ashley Ogbonna is a Legal Professional specializing in education. Ashley is the Director of Student Policy and Title IX Coordinator at KIPP DC. Ashley previously served as a Senior Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education focusing on loan forgiveness for students who have been defrauded by higher education institutions. Ashley graduated with her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from Southern University Law Center and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spelman College. Ashley also obtained an LL.M. in Education Law from American University to better equip her to fight for access to equal education.
Lauren Poteat
Lauren Poteat was honored with a Proclamation from the Governor of Maryland for her leadership and service. Lauren Poteat is an award-winning children’s book author, journalist and communications specialist, whose first publication “Giraffes Don’t Talk to Ants,” published in the Fall of 2020, during the height of the pandemic, was awarded with a children’s literature book award during the 2021 New York Book Festival. Lauren’s professional experience encompasses working for news organizations including the historic AFRO American Newspapers and the Washington Informer Newspaper, the Federal City Council and the DC Council. Lauren is also an active member of the Junior League of Washington, a board member to the Washington School for Girls, an Executive Board Member to the National Council of Negro Women, Regional Co-Chair for Women In NAACP, immediate past chair for the DC Women In NAACP (WIN) Committee, where she served for over three years, past chair of the NAACP DC Political Action Committee.
Leslie Redmond
Leslie Redmond is the Founder & CEO of DON'T COMPLAIN, ACTIVATE! Leslie Redmond is the former President of the Minneapolis NAACP Branch in Minnesota. At the age of 25, Leslie served as one of the youngest President in the history of the Branch. Leslie previously served as Vice President and Education Chair for the Minneapolis Branch. Leslie is committed to fighting for criminal justice reform and education. Leslie fought on the front lines after the unjust killings of Jamar Clark, Philando Castile and Justine Damond. Leslie is a native of Washington, DC. Leslie graduated from Barry’s University with her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and African studies. Leslie currently a candidate for her Juris Doctorate and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Mahasin Salim
Mahasin Salim is a Teacher and Educator specializing in early childhood education in Maryland. Mahasin is a Founder of the Salim Foundation, a non-profit organization that advocates for fair treatment and services for underserved and marginalized Native American and African-American communities. Mahasin Salim has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Yanet Amanuel
Yanet Amanuel is the Young Adults Chair of the Prince Georges County NAACP Branch in Maryland. In addition, Yanet Amanuel serves on the 2020 Census Committee for the PG NAACP Branch. Yanet was previously an active member of the University of Maryland College Park NAACP College Chapter where she combated on-campus racial bias and advocated for increased mental health support. Yanet Amanuel currently works as Chief of Staff and Legislative Aide to Delegate Angela Angel of the 25th District of Prince Georges County Maryland. Yanet Amanuel is a graduate of University of Maryland College Park with her B.A. degree in Sociology.
Charnell Ferguson
Charnell Ferguson is the President of the Maryland State NAACP Youth & College Division and the Past President of the Bowie State NAACP College Chapter. Charnell is a member of the Prince Georges County NAACP Branch. Charnell Ferguson was a Congressional Black Caucus Emerging Leader Fellow and interned for Congressman John Conyers of Michigan’s 13th Congressional District. Charnell founded Diamond Foundation, Inc., which is a non-profit committed to building self-esteem and combating depression among youth. Sharina Haynes
Sharina Haynes works for The Boeing Company as an Information Technology Project Manager. Sharina serves as President of the Goose Creek NAACP Branch in South Carolina. Sharina serves on the SC NAACP Conference executive committee as the Housing Chairperson and Social Media Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Physics from Fisk University. She is a proud member of the Sigma Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she serves as the Connection and Social Action Chairperson.
Melencia Johnson
Dr. Melencia Johnson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and the co-director of the African American Studies Minor. Dr. Johnson’s courses include Introductory Sociology, Juvenile Delinquency, Girls’ Delinquency, Sociology of the Black Experience, Sociology of Deviance, Criminological Theory, Queer Studies: Crime and Justice, and Race Class Gender: Crime and Justice. Dr. Johnson graduated from Norfolk State University, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminal justice. She then earned her Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in sociology with an emphasis in criminology and gender studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Dr. Johnson serves on the Board for the Center for African American History, Art and Culture. She is a member of The Links, Inc. Aiken (SC) Chapter and Friends of Hopelands Garden.
Alexander Mitchell
Alexander Mitchell is the TRiO Coordinator at Littlejohn Community Center in Clemson, SC.
She serves on the missionary society and teaches the Little Saints Bible study at Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church. Alexander serves as Treasurer of the Pickens County NAACP Branch in South Carolina. She has earned a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Masters in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Fantasia Singleton
Fantasia Singleton is a Licensed Master Social Worker and works as a School-Based Mental Health Counselor for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. She serves Youth Advisor at Congruity Presbyterian Church, USA. She volunteers as a Girl Scouts’ Troop Leader and Mentor for Girls of Pearls. Fantasia also serves as Secretary of the Sumter NAACP Branch and Youth Advisor Sumter NAACP Youth Council. Fantasia graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work.

Be'Daun Smith
Rev. Dr. Be’Daun Smith is the recipient of 2021 Presidential Lifetime Achievement award from the White House. Dr. Be’Daun Smith is the Executive Director at Refuge Center Memphis CDC. He is the CEO of BRSMITH Corporation. He is the Senior Pastor of Greater Beth-El Temple of Memphis, TN. He also serves as a Clergy Ambassador for the Memphis Police Department and Superintendent of the CH Mason District and Missions President of Tennessee Eastern First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ, where he oversees 23 Churches in Eastern Kenya and Uganda. He has a Doctorate and Master’s degree from CICA University Queens, New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Post University. He is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.

Everett Dotson works for ABM in San Antonio, TX. He serves on the Deacon Board of Lilly of the Valley Missionary Baptist Church. Brandy Fields
Brandy Fields is a Registered Nurse across multiple hospitals throughout the state of Texas, specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care supporting patients on ventilators and life-saving medications. Brandy graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. Kourtney Guthrie is a Mental Health Clinician for a Behavioral Health Center in Tyler, Texas. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate (PhD) in Psychology at Stephen F. Austin State University. David Hughes
Dr. David C. Hughes is an Assistant Professor at Georgia State University in Texas. Dr. Hughes is the Founder and CEO of the Give Black App. Dr. Hughes previously worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Sport Management at Georgia State University. In 2019 while at Hampton University, David secured a $340,000 technology grant to start the first eSports initiative at an HBCU. Dr. Hughes has extensive experience supporting the sports industry, working for the Houston Texans, ESPN, the University of Texas, University of Miami, 790 the Zone and Georgia State University. Dr. Hughes is also Clergy and completing his Masters of Divinity at Southern Methodist University (SMU). LaKeshia Allen is the Director of Programs for Assisting Families of Inmates in Virginia where she supports families connect with love one during incarceration and reunification. She is also a board member of the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY). Lakeshia focuses on inspiring and motivating the youth and adults to meet their diverse interests. Lakeshia Allen graduated from Virginia State University with a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an interest in education, career and technical studies. Tavorise Marks
Tavorise K. Marks is the owner of Tavorise K. Marks State Farm in Hopewell, Virginia, where manages insurance and financial services throughout Virginia. Tavorise is a United States Army veteran, where he served as a Military Police Officer and a commissioned Military Intelligence Officer, with over 15 years of honorable service. Tavorise serves as Vice President of the Chestfield NAACP Branch in Virginia. Tavorise is a graduate of Norfolk State University, Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, the University of Virginia, University of Richmond, and the UVA Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership, respectively. Tavorise is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Public Administration and Public Policy at Liberty University's Helms School of Government in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Tiffany D. Marks is the Senior Human Resources Generalist for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General in Richmond, Virginia. Tiffany Marks is a United States Air Force Veteran, where she served a Crew Chief for the KC-135. Tiffany Marks serves on the Board of the Chesterfield County Community Services and Chesterfield County Youth Citizens Board. Tiffany Marks serves as Secretary of the Chestfield NAACP Branch in Virginia. Tiffany is a graduate of Virginia State University, Liberty University, and the Regent University School of Law. Tiffany is also currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Human Resources Development.
Camron Phillips
Camron Phillips currently serves as an Active Duty U.S. Navy Sailor. Camron Phillips is also the Founder & CEO of Move In Purpose, LLC providing organizational strategic planning, Executive life coaching, grant writing and funding development to non-profit and for-profit organizations. He serves as a City Commissioner on Chesapeake’s Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board. He is an Advisory Board Member of the YMCA Virginia Peninsula First Tee Youth Golf. Camron Chairs the Board of the Project Connection Foundation, Inc. in Hampton Roads.

Ike Okoli
Ike Okoli is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Colfax Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia in Washington. Ike served in the US Army Reserves for 11 years, deploying in 2020. Ike is dedicated health & fitness advocate. Ike has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Shorter University in Georgia, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and he is currently pursuing his Healthcare Management Certificate from Yale School of Management Executive Education. Ike also has a Nursing Home Administrator License in the states of Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Okoli competes for Team USA for Judo and Sambo, earning #1 ranking for Judo in 2020 and 2021, Sambo in 2021. Okoli is a five-time world champion in Brazilian Jujitsu, winning a World Bronze medal in Wrestling, winning 3 Pan American championships in Wrestling and Sambo and 14 National Championships in the Wrestling, Judo and Sambo.
